Thai Peanut Sauce

If you want a really creamy peanut butter sauce, this is your go to! Super simple that you can whip up in 5 minutes. This is the best peanut sauce you will have! It is great as a dipping sauce, for peanut noodles, satay, and as a salad dressing!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup all natural peanut butter, unsweetened
  • 1 Tablespoon gluten free tamari
  • 1 Tablespoon coconut aminos
  • 1 Tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon coconut sugar (can use brown erythritol/monkfruit)
  • 2 teaspoons chili garlic sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon (1/2 lime) lime juice
  • 1 Tablespoon of minced garlic
  • 3 Tablespoons of water
  1. Combine all ingredients except for the water. Whisk to fully combine.
  2. Add water, can use more or less depending on the consistency you want

To make this soy free use 2 tablespoons of coconut aminos and skip the tamari.
