If you want a really creamy peanut butter sauce, this is your go to! Super simple that you can whip up in 5 minutes. This is the best peanut sauce you will have! It is great as a dipping sauce, for peanut noodles, satay, and as a salad dressing!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all natural peanut butter, unsweetened
- 1 Tablespoon gluten free tamari
- 1 Tablespoon coconut aminos
- 1 Tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon coconut sugar (can use brown erythritol/monkfruit)
- 2 teaspoons chili garlic sauce
- 1 Tablespoon (1/2 lime) lime juice
- 1 Tablespoon of minced garlic
- 3 Tablespoons of water
- Combine all ingredients except for the water. Whisk to fully combine.
- Add water, can use more or less depending on the consistency you want
To make this soy free use 2 tablespoons of coconut aminos and skip the tamari.
