Realistically, these are not going to taste like regular wings. However, they are still out of this world for vegan wings. They have buffalo sauce, are battered, and crispy. The vegan blue cheese tastes just like what you would think it would taste like. These are great as a snack or as a side dish and will fill you up.

Ingredients
1 large head of cauliflower , cut into bite size pieces
3/4 cup of coconut milk or any alternative milk
3/4 cup of gluten free flour
2 tsp of garlic powder
1/2 cup hot sauce
1 Tablespoon vegan butter

Blue Cheese Ingredients
1 cup vegan mayo
1 teaspoon tahini
1/2 lemon juice 🍋 (2 Tablespoons)
1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 Tablespoon garlic powder
*can add 1/4 block of extra firm tofu to make the chucks *

Preheat the oven to 425. If you only have a small head of cauliflower use 1/2 cup of flour and milk.

Place the coconut milk and gluten free flour in a large mixing bowl and whisk until smooth. Add in garlic powder. Throw in the cut cauliflower and stir until evenly coated. Place on a silicone mat on a cookie sheet (or lightly grease on baking sheet) and bake for 20 minutes.

Take a small bowl and pour 1/2 cup of your choice of hot sauce with one tablespoon of vegan butter 🧈 and whisk. Take the cauliflower out and brush the hot 🥵 sauce mixture on top making sure to coat all the pieces and bake for an additional 12 mins. Can broil at the end for extra crunchiness.

Mix the blue cheese ingredients in a bowl. Enjoy!
